- The last day of operation for this season is Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Please note that the last day of operation may be moved up depending on the amount of snowfall.
- Subject to closure in case of poor road conditions.
- When the Chufuku Station Parking Lot (about 80 vehicles) is full, entrance to the Sightseeing Road will be restricted.
- In effort to reduce the number of vehicles approaching the peak, the Sightseeing Road ends at Chufuku Station.

If any of the 15 people in the group are eligible for other discounts (such as the senior discount), please inform the ticket counter when purchasing tickets so that the appropriate discount can be applied after checking the relevant identification documents.
- We also offer discounts for seniors and school trip rates, so please contact us for details.
- Up to two pre-school children may accompany one adult free of charge.

Persons with disabilities and their caregivers
Discounted fares are available for persons with disabilities on the Ropeway, Mini Cable Car and Mt. Moiwa Sightseeing Road.
Please present your physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, mental disability welfare certificate or the Mirairo ID app to receive the discount.

Sapporo Citizen Discount System
There are two types of discount tickets based on your needs:
(1) A discount on a package ticket for the Ropeway and Mini Cable Car
(2) A discount on the return fare for the Mini Cable Car when using the Mt. Moiwa Sightseeing Road

- Discounts are not available for one-way fares or for the Ropeway only.
- The discount is only applicable to the person themselves, so we will check the address (for each person) using official identification such as a driver’s license, driving record certificate, or health insurance card, so please present this at the ticket counter.
- There is no discount on the Mt. Moiwa Sightseeing Road fee.
- Cannot be combined with other discount tickets, including tickets purchased from travel agencies.
Convenient online advance purchase information
Online Tickets make the payment process on the day smoother.
Please line up at the ticket counter on the 4th floor of the Moiwa Sanroku Station and show your QR code. You will be given a paper ticket in exchange.
You can have your ticket issued simply by scanning the QR code at the cash register.

Types and details of available payment services
The following credit cards and electronic money can be used to pay for fares at Mt. Moiwa Ropeway.
- Depending on the type of discount coupon you use, you may not be able to use credit cards or electronic money payments.
- Please note that we do not offer electronic money recharging services (deposits).
Regarding Coupons
An expiry date is printed on Mt. Moiwa coupons at the time of issue. Coupons without a printed expiry date are not valid.
We prohibit the reselling or attempting to resell coupons issued by Sapporo Mt. Moiwa Ropeway to any third party, regardless of purpose.
